“Life must be lived as play” - says ancient Greek philosopher Plato - and what he meant by playing is simply a reverence for the gods. Where is a better place for that than the outdoors?
We often forget to play or consider our inner child as a wounded one - but if we look at from the perspective of wholeness - that (s)he is just fine and all (s)he needs is to be acknowledged and to be free.
Mindfulness is a great tool to be aware of ourselves and the world around us - just as it is - explored with child-like curiosity.

FEEL LIKE DISCONNECTING? SLOWING DOWN?
YET OPEN TO AN ADVENTURE?
Then sailing along Croatia’s stunning Adriatic coastline is a wonderful way to do so. This cruise is not about filling your logbook with nautical miles, but about enjoying the time spent on board while reconnecting with yourself, with others, and with Nature.
Explore her power: the wind, the constant movement of the waves, the moon passing by, shooting stars overhead, or simply the soothing sounds around you.
On the arrival day, we usually set sail and anchor for the night in a nearby bay.
During the days, we sail, anchor in beautiful bays, swim, practice yoga or take part in gentle workshops.
The second night is also spent at anchor, while on the third evening we explore a coastal town and enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.
The last night is usually spent at anchor again.
Being at sea brings a different state of mind. Stepping out of our comfort zone helps us become more present in the moment, while learning to rely on Nature and on each other.
We stay on a 45–50-foot sailing boat and experience what true cruising means:
sailing and navigating
anchoring in bays
swimming and snorkeling
enjoying fresh, home-cooked vegetarian meals
When not sailing, you will have plenty of time to explore both the coastline and yourself through personal development games, meditation and yoga.
